Common billing and subscription questions

Can I Use Generated Images Commercially?

Pro and Max subscribers may use outputs for personal and commercial projects under our Terms of Use, provided prompts and uploads do not infringe third-party rights. Free-tier users should use outputs for personal and non-commercial purposes unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for rights clearance on your prompts and reference images.

Why Subscribe?

Pro and Max are for creators who need speed and premium models every day. Benefits include monthly credit pools (2,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Max), FAST mode (Lightning Fast priority queue — jobs dequeue ahead of normal work when you pay the configured credit surcharge on top of the model cost), access to Nano Banana and other advanced models, no ads, and commercial usage rights. Free tier remains on the shared queue with no watermark: guests use Basic (3/day); signed-in free users get 10 daily credits for Advanced plus Basic within the free max limit.

Can I Upgrade or Cancel?

Anytime. Upgrade or cancel from Pricing or your account billing settings (Stripe customer portal when connected). Your subscription stays active through the current billing period — there is no long-term contract.

Can I Get a Refund?

Digital subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. If you have a billing issue or exceptional case, contact us via the Contact page or your account support ticket. We aim to respond within three business days.

Are You Going to Raise Prices?

We may adjust pricing as we add models and capacity. If you lock in an annual plan when launched, we honor that rate for the paid term. Current list prices are $9.99/mo for Pro and $19.99/mo for Max.

Do I Get Higher Quality Images if I Subscribe?

Yes. Pro unlocks premium models including 1K Pro-tier outputs and optional Lightning Fast priority on credit-charged jobs. Max adds Max (1.5K) and Ultra (2K) models, full privacy, and early access to new features. Free tier uses Yuki's Basic Model on the shared queue — quality is solid for drafts; paid tiers are built for production work.

If I Subscribe, Will I Still See "Too Much Traffic"?

FAST mode is only available when you are signed in. On a credit-charged generation, enabling FAST adds the Lightning Fast surcharge (Studio → Advanced, FAST Mode Surcharge) and marks the job for priority dequeue ahead of normal queue work — same model, faster turn when capacity allows. Guests cannot use FAST. During extreme load or abnormal usage, temporary throttling may still apply.

Can I Get Help Using the Product?

Yes. Reach us through Contact or account support tickets. Include your account email and a short description of the issue — screenshots help for generation or billing questions.

Do You Offer Team or Enterprise Plans?

Team billing and higher-volume arrangements are not self-serve yet. If you have a unique use case — agency volume, custom SLAs, or API access — contact us through the Contact page and describe your requirements.

Do I Have to Subscribe to Use Images Commercially?

Commercial use requires Pro or Max (or written permission for specific promotions). Free-tier outputs are intended for personal and non-commercial use. See our Terms of Use for details; you remain responsible for IP and likeness rights in your prompts.

Does My Subscription Include API Access?

Not today. The product is web-first. A public API is on our roadmap — contact us if you want early access or have integration requirements.

What Does Unlimited on the Shared Queue Mean?

“Unlimited” means there is no hard paywall on Yuki's Basic on the shared queue — you can keep creating within fair-use rules. Guests: up to 3 Basic generations per UTC day, then register or return tomorrow. Signed-in free: 10 credits per UTC day for Yuki's Advanced (each generation debits catalog credits), plus Basic generations up to the free max limit (default 10 per UTC day for zero-credit Basic jobs). Wait times grow when the shared queue is busy. Pro/Max add monthly credits, premium models, and FAST on credit-charged jobs.
