Welcome to Yuki's AI. By accessing or using our AI image generation service at yuki.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
2. Service Description
Yuki's AI provides AI-powered image generation, video generation, editing, and related creative tools. Some features may be available without signing in, while other features may require an account, subscription, credits, or payment. Yuki's AI is an independent product and interface layer built around in-house systems and third-party model providers; unless explicitly stated otherwise, Yuki's AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the underlying model providers.
3. User Obligations
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Not generate content that violates intellectual property rights or contains harmful material
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the third-party model license terms in Section 5, paid subscribers may use content generated through the Service for personal or commercial purposes. Free users may use generated content for personal and other non-commercial purposes only, unless Yuki's AI expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and resulting outputs do not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach these Terms.
Yuki's AI does not claim ownership of images or other outputs you generate for your own use, except for the limited rights you grant to us when you choose to publish or promote content through Service features (for example, anonymous guest contributions to Get Inspired).
5. Third-Party Model Licenses — FLUX and ERNIE Outputs
The Service may route generations through different underlying model families. Customer-facing model names (such as Yuki's Basic or Yuki's Advanced) may map to FLUX-based, ERNIE-based, or other provider systems. Your rights in a given output depend on (a) your subscription tier under Section 4, (b) these Terms, (c) applicable law, and (d) the license terms of the model that produced that output.
Apache License, Version 2.0 and Creative Commons licenses apply to different things. Apache 2.0 governs certain open-weight models and related software. Creative Commons licenses (such as CC BY 4.0) govern specific content that we expressly mark as CC-licensed. Generated images are not automatically licensed to you under Apache 2.0 or Creative Commons unless stated below or in a separate notice on the asset.
- FLUX family — Apache 2.0: Some FLUX components used by the Service (including FLUX.1 [schnell] and certain Apache-licensed FLUX weights) are released under the Apache License, Version 2.0 by Black Forest Labs and contributors. Apache 2.0 applies to those model weights and related materials, not to your output images by default.
- FLUX family — outputs: For FLUX.1 [dev] and related FLUX non-commercial model weights, Black Forest Labs' model license restricts commercial use of the weights themselves, but Black Forest Labs states that it does not claim ownership of outputs you generate and that outputs may be used for personal, scientific, and commercial purposes, except where prohibited in their license (including using outputs to train, fine-tune, or distill competing models, unlawful or abusive uses, and other restrictions in the then-current Black Forest Labs terms). You must comply with those output terms when using FLUX-based results.
- ERNIE family — Apache 2.0: ERNIE-Image and ERNIE-Image-Turbo weights used in the Service are released under the Apache License, Version 2.0 by Baidu and contributors (including repackaged ComfyUI distributions). Apache 2.0 governs the model weights and related code — not automatic Creative Commons licensing of your generated images.
- ERNIE family — outputs: Subject to Section 4, these Terms, and applicable law, you may use ERNIE-based outputs for the purposes allowed on your tier. You may not redistribute ERNIE model weights, reverse-engineer the models, or imply endorsement by Baidu or the ERNIE-Image team.
- Creative Commons — editorial assets only: Where Yuki's AI expressly labels an inspiration or template asset as licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), or another named CC license, that license applies only to that labeled asset. FLUX and ERNIE outputs you generate through the generator are not CC-licensed by default.
- Creative Commons — not automatic on generations: Uploading, sharing, or promoting a generation (including via Get Inspired) does not place your output under a Creative Commons license unless we clearly state otherwise. Guest promotions grant Yuki the hosting and display rights described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms; that is separate from CC licensing.
Model providers may update their licenses. We may change routing between providers or model versions. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of routing and license conditions applicable at generation time. If you need certainty for a commercial project, review Section 4, this Section 5, and the then-current Black Forest Labs and Baidu / ERNIE-Image license terms before relying on specific outputs.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We follow a minimal data collection approach: requests from users who are not signed in are typically processed temporarily, while signed-in users may retain the information needed for account features, history, subscriptions, billing, support, and security protections.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription, credits, or other paid features, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and product entitlements will be presented at checkout or on the pricing page. Users can manage or cancel their subscription from the pricing page or through the subscription management portal made available by Yuki's AI. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel benefits already provided for the current billing period, unless required by law.
Optional FAST mode (Lightning Fast) places eligible credit-charged generations on a priority queue ahead of the normal queue. Enabling FAST mode deducts the model credit cost plus an additional FAST surcharge in credits, as shown in the product and configured by operators. FAST mode does not change the underlying model or output quality — it affects queue placement only.
Free tier credits and daily check-in: Guests and users who are not signed in do not receive credits. Signed-in free-tier members do not receive automatic daily credit grants. Complimentary credits on the free tier, if offered, are granted only when you manually complete an eligible daily login streak check-in while signed in (as shown in the product, typically on your account dashboard). Check-in rewards, streak bonuses, credit amounts, eligibility windows, expiry, and model availability are set by Yuki's AI in Studio or configuration and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Check-in and other promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not guaranteed for any particular day or amount. Failure to check in on a given calendar day (UTC) does not entitle you to credits for that day, and missed check-ins are not backfilled unless we expressly state otherwise. We may revoke, adjust, or expire promotional credits for abuse prevention, operational reasons, errors, or violations of these Terms. Zero-credit models such as Yuki's Basic use separate daily generation limits that are not the same as your credit balance from check-in.
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate or attempt to generate:
- Any NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, uncensored, or 18+ content
- Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Content that is intended to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others
- Violent, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content
We may block, remove, refuse to process, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or abuse risks.
9. Refunds and Support
As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. If you have a refund request or billing issue, please contact support@yukis.ai. We review refund-related requests on a case-by-case basis and will generally respond within 3 business days. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
