Yes. Without signing in you can use Yuki's Basic on the shared queue — up to 3 generations per UTC day (operators can adjust this in Studio → Advanced). No watermark on free outputs. When you sign in (free account), you get 10 credits per UTC day to spend on Yuki's Advanced (catalog cost per image applies), plus unlimited-style Basic on the shared queue subject to a separate fair daily cap (default 10 Basic generations per UTC day). FAST mode (Lightning Fast priority) is for signed-in users only: toggle it on a credit-charged job to jump ahead of the normal queue for an extra credit surcharge (configured in Studio). Pro ($9.99/mo) and Max ($19.99/mo) add monthly credit pools and premium models.

Clean outputs without paying — we do not watermark free images. Guests get a focused Basic experience on the shared queue; signed-in free members get daily credits for Yuki's Advanced and a higher Basic allowance before the fair-use cap. We collect only what we need to run the service. Guest requests are processed with minimal retention. Signed-in users store account, billing, and generation history needed for subscriptions and support. Max subscribers get full privacy on generations — outputs are not used for public inspiration features.

Yuki's Basic Model handles free shared-queue generation. Premium picks in the model picker — Nano Banana, GPT Image 2, Seedream, and others — are routed through our catalog and margin-aware routing policy. We show customer-friendly model names only; backend providers are never exposed in the UI.

Yes — yukis.ai works in mobile browsers with the same generator, pricing, and account flows. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are not available yet.

A seed is a series of numbers that tells the AI how to generate the image. It's basically how the AI randomizes each generation.

Use the Contact page or open a support ticket from your account. We read every message and typically reply within one to two business days. Feature ideas and bug reports help us prioritize the roadmap.

We ship regular model catalog updates, routing improvements, and Studio tooling. On the roadmap: annual billing discounts, advanced refine, AI video and editor surfaces (feature-flagged), and expanded language support for FAQ and marketing pages — while keeping a generous free tier on the shared queue.

Pro and Max are for creators who need speed and premium models every day. Benefits include monthly credit pools (2,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Max), FAST mode (Lightning Fast priority queue — jobs dequeue ahead of normal work when you pay the configured credit surcharge on top of the model cost), access to Nano Banana and other advanced models, no ads, and commercial usage rights. Free tier remains on the shared queue with no watermark: guests use Basic (3/day); signed-in free users get 10 daily credits for Advanced plus Basic within the free max limit.

Anytime. Upgrade or cancel from Pricing or your account billing settings (Stripe customer portal when connected). Your subscription stays active through the current billing period — there is no long-term contract.

Digital subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. If you have a billing issue or exceptional case, contact us via the Contact page or your account support ticket. We aim to respond within three business days.

We may adjust pricing as we add models and capacity. If you lock in an annual plan when launched, we honor that rate for the paid term. Current list prices are $9.99/mo for Pro and $19.99/mo for Max.

Yes. Pro unlocks premium models including 1K Pro-tier outputs and optional Lightning Fast priority on credit-charged jobs. Max adds Max (1.5K) and Ultra (2K) models, full privacy, and early access to new features. Free tier uses Yuki's Basic Model on the shared queue — quality is solid for drafts; paid tiers are built for production work.

FAST mode is only available when you are signed in. On a credit-charged generation, enabling FAST adds the Lightning Fast surcharge (Studio → Advanced, FAST Mode Surcharge) and marks the job for priority dequeue ahead of normal queue work — same model, faster turn when capacity allows. Guests cannot use FAST. During extreme load or abnormal usage, temporary throttling may still apply.

“Unlimited” means there is no hard paywall on Yuki's Basic on the shared queue — you can keep creating within fair-use rules. Guests: up to 3 Basic generations per UTC day, then register or return tomorrow. Signed-in free: 10 credits per UTC day for Yuki's Advanced (each generation debits catalog credits), plus Basic generations up to the free max limit (default 10 per UTC day for zero-credit Basic jobs). Wait times grow when the shared queue is busy. Pro/Max add monthly credits, premium models, and FAST on credit-charged jobs.
